Shipping Policy

All orders in the United States will be shipped ground.

In-stock items ship within three (3) days. International orders ship USPS first class.

 

If you would like insurance on your package, or your order delivered faster,

please message me or include this in your message when you place your order

so that the extra cost may be applied.

 

Shipping costs include packaging and handling.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Some countries require additional Customs fees when shipping outside the United States. Customs departments may also keep your package for days or weeks before completing delivery to you. You as the purchaser are responsible for any fees you may be charged by customs.

Return & Exchange Policy

I accept returns and exchanges on bookmarks and unsigned bookplates.

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

I accept returns on signed book copies and bookplates, BUT not on customized signed book copies.

If your item has only my signature, it is eligible for return. If it has a custom message or is signed for someone in particular, it is not eligible for return. 

I don't accept cancellations

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Digital downloads

Returns and exchange details

Any other items may be returned within seven (7) calendar days, however you will be asked to pay shipping. If you have any concerns regarding your purchase, message me and I will do my best to make sure you are satisfied with your order.


If your package is received damaged, save the carton and notify the carrier concerning the damage.


All claims must be made by email within seven (7) days of receipt of the shipment.


A full credit (including shipping charge) or exchange will be made if the item is defective or I made an error in shipping or order processing.

Additional Policies

What taxes and fees are applied outside the United States? 

Recipients may be responsible for paying duties and taxes. Please check with

your local tax department/custom office for details on estimated fees.


What happens if you mess up my order?

 

Every effort has been made to make all orders accurate and complete,

but I am also human. Please notify me of any inaccuracy that is worth mentioning

and I will do my very best to make sure you’re happy with your purchase.

Our website is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
